    Care

    Please follow these tips to maintain the quality of your purchase:

    • Avoid excessive sweat on your rings.
    • Do not sleep in your rings.
    • Avoid chemicals (especially hand cream and sanitiser) on your rings- this tends to tarnish metals.
    • Avoid bathing, showering or washing your hands with your rings on.
    • Only ever clean your ring with the complimentary polishing cloth (or similar) that is provided with your order.
    • Store your ring in the provided box to avoid it from being damaged. All platings do wear off with time.
    • Do not clean your rings with abrasive cleaners and chemicals.
    Delivery
    • All our mens’ rings are custom made due to the ring being manufactured in the specific size for the customer.
    • Arya Jewellery prides itself with providing the customer with the highest quality. Production takes 7-10 working days unless otherwise specified.
    • Delivery is subject to all Arya quality control standards/checks. If there are any delays with regard to your order, you will be notified immediately.

    Ring Size
    • Once a ring is ordered, the customer needs to be confident that they are ordering is the correct size. The ring is then manufactured specially in that particular size. Rings cannot be returned due to incorrect sizing.
    • At Arya we advocate for our customers to go to any nearby jeweler and measure their finger in order to be confident that your ring size is correct. It is a quick, easy and accurate process.
    • The most accurate measurement will always be done by a professional. If you are not able to get your finger sized professionally, you can refer to the below ring sizing methods as a guide here.
    • Please note Arya takes no liability for the customer choosing the incorrect ring size.
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • All our rings are custom made and therefore only if there is a manufacturing fault within the first 15 days of purchase, and no remedial action is possible, a refund will be provided.
